We use multi shipping carriers, FedEx, UPS, USPS and Common Carriers.
Our standard shipping is ground transit. Other shipping methods can be arranged by contracting us by phone or email.
Customers with UPS or FedEx accounts are welcome to use their accounts for the shipping. You may email your shipping account number to use on your order.
Online tracking information will be forwarded as it become available.
In-stock items usually arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Your order confirmation will display an estimated shipping and arrival dates.

All products are shipped “FOB Origin Factory”. FOB stands for “free on board” or “freight on board” and is a designation is used to indicate when liability and ownership of goods is transferred from a seller to a buyer. This means– the owner/purchaser is responsible to inspect the product for damage and record the damage on the carrier’s receipt at time of delivery.
“FOB Origin” refers to the legal fact that the buyer assumes title of the goods the moment the freight carrier picks up and signs the bill of lading at the origin pick-up location.
Overweight and/or oversized items (example: TV Monitor Case) can only be shipped via freight common carrier. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery.
In-stock products for domestic shipments are usually shipped 2 to 4 days of order. Custom orders will require a longer lead time, a lead time estimate will be provided upon receipt of order.
Customers UPS or FedEx accounts will be verified with the carrier.
A fee applies if the shipper does not provide a valid or accurate FedEx/UPS account number or credit card number for the billing option selected. For FedEx Ground, this includes requests to bill accounts that do not have a U.S. or Canadian billing address. Express Services, Ground Services $15 per shipment account, Shipping and Custom fees are nonrefundable.
If we are presented with any fees or backcharges for private-account (FedEx-UPS) shipments, we may charge your credit card.
We may also charge your credit card if the shipping account number provided is invalid.

Free Shipping is to your door is shipped by FedEx or UPS. Large item shipped via truck are to your dock or curb. Forklift is not included in free shipping but is available at an extra fee.
Extended Service Area Delivery Shipments delivered to points outside the FedEx primary service areas are assessed an extended service area delivery charge. No other destination-related, surchargeable freight services are available to extended service areas. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges may be assessed based on the dimensional weight. See the definition below for details.
Why didn’t my order qualify for Free Shipping?
Not all items have free shipping only item with “Free Shipping” label on the product page.
Your order may not qualify for the following reasons:
It’s a special order.
Item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
The item is out of stock or backordered.
The item’s particular attributes like its size, weight, type of material or other things disqualify it.
Some products cannot be shipped through the mail.
Local Sales Tax: When an order is shipped within New York State, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total, including any shipping charges. Purchases in our store are subject to an 8.875% local sales tax. This tax is not a VAT and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.
If your order is shipped or pickup in the State of Florida sales tax will be automatically assessed unless the account is registered as tax-exempt.
Government, education, nonprofit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious organizations usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Dimensional Weight Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package in inches and dividing the total by 139. When dimensional weight applies per shipment, calculate the volume of each piece or freight handling unit in the shipment (multiply the length by width by height), then add those volumes together and divide the total by 139. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges may be assessed based on the dimensional weight. If the chargeable weight of a FedEx Ground package exceeds 150 lbs., a prorated per-pound rate will be used. Package shape and dimensions may change during transit, which can affect the package’s dimensional weight and surcharge eligibility. If the dimensions change during transit, FedEx may make appropriate adjustments to the shipment charges at any time. Dimensions of one-half inch or greater are rounded up to the next whole number; dimensions less than one-half inch are rounded down. The final calculation is rounded up to the next whole pound. FedEx Express applies dimensional weight to all shipments in customer packaging and may apply it to shipments in FedEx packaging. Dimensional weight applies on a per-package or per-shipment basis for U.S. shipments, and per-shipment for international and U.S.-to Puerto Rico shipments. Dimensional weight is applicable on a per-freight-handling-unit basis for U.S. express freight shipments and a per-shipment basis for FedEx International Priority Freight and FedEx International Economy Freight shipments. Address Correction Express:

If the shipper provides an incomplete or incorrect recipient address, we may attempt to find the correct address and complete delivery. We may use the address included in the shipper’s electronic shipment information to determine whether an address correction is necessary. We will assess a shipping fee. For shipments receiving FedEx Express Multiweight® pricing, the fee is $15 per package up to a maximum of $105 per shipment. Address correction is also required if the recipient phone number is omitted for a Rural Delivery (RD) address or a Star Route Assignment (SRA) address in Alaska. If we are unable to complete delivery, we are not liable for failing to meet our delivery commitment. Within the U.S., we also will assess this fee if the address is a P.O. box number or P.O. box ZIP code. For international shipments destined to a P.O. box address, we may assess the fee if a valid telephone, fax or telex number is not provided for the recipient. For FedEx International Broker Select®, the address correction fee will apply if the broker’s address is incomplete or incorrect on the air waybill or other shipping documentation. If we cannot determine the correct address or cannot reach the broker, we may attempt to contact the sender for address clarification or instructions to return the shipment. If we are unable to complete delivery under these circumstances, we will not be liable for failing to meet our delivery commitment. Ground. If the shipper provides an incomplete, incorrect or P.O. box recipient address, we may attempt to determine the correct address, complete delivery and notify the shipper of the address correction. We may use the address included in the shipper’s electronic shipment information to determine whether an address correction is necessary. We assess an additional charge for delivery or attempted delivery to the corrected address. For shipments receiving FedEx Ground Multiweight® pricing, the fee is $15 per package up to a maximum of $45 per shipment. The money-back guarantee does not apply to these shipments, and we are not liable for failing to complete delivery or meet our scheduled delivery time.
