All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping.

Accepted custom case orders cannot be cancelled. Special order items (i.e. custom fabricated cases) or modified items are non-refundable.

Orders for non-custom and/or stock items may be cancelled and will have min. of 25% restocking fee applied unless the return is warranty related or because of a Des Pac error.

Any item returned must have a Des Pac RMA number and returned in their original packaging; all returns are subject to inspection as to their resale condition.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and freight charges. Items returned freight collect and or without RMA will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued after inspection of goods and proof of purchase.

Des Pac Equipment Cases 04-01-2018

Warranty:
Stock or Custom cases build for Des Pac Equipment Cases by Parker Cases, SKB Cases, Blow Molded Cases, SeaHorse Cases, Wilson and other products or cases sold by Des Pac Equipment Cases warrants its cases to be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use from the date of purchase (ship-date) by the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the warranted product.
Return:
Where, in the judgment of Des Pac Cases, the defect is a result of faulty workmanship or materials, the case will be repaired and returned to the original buyer free of charge. If the damage or defect is caused by negligence, misuse or tampering, the case will be repaired, if practical, for a reasonable charge and returned to the buyer.
Damage by Carrier, Trucker, Airline:
If damage to the case or contents is caused by common carrier or airline abuse or mishandling, any claims for that damage must be made by the case owner directly to that carrier. Des Pac Equipment Case, will not be liable for damages occurring during shipment to or from our customers. We will not be liable for consequential or for incidental damages.
If a case damage or defect is discovered, notification by telephone, fax or e-mail must be received at Des Pac Equipment Cases, Phone (800) 540-2995 or Email: bruce@despac.com, or Fax (206) 339-5250 within 48 hours of receipt of product. DO NOT return goods until you receive an authorization from a representative of Des Pac Equipment Cases for the return. Upon you receiving the Return Authorization Number, the case must be properly packaged and sent prepaid to our manufacturing facility address.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Any implied warranties of our products are disclaimed. If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. This warranty may not be changed or added to, except by authorization of a partner of Des Pac. 04-16-18
